I am an applied microeconomist with interests in education policy, labor policy, and improving equity for disadvantaged groups. Across my work, I use rigorous quasi-experimental and experimental methods to assess the impact of programs and policies.
I received my Ph.D. in Economics in June 2024. My academic research focused on barriers to entering STEM fields for women and underrepresented minorities and programs to improve adolescent mental health. After graduating, I worked as a Social Science Economics Senior Analyst at Abt Global, where I co-led evaluations in education and job training, and technical assistance for quantitative researchers. My position was eliminated in March 2025 due to a mass layoffs resulting from cuts to federal contracts.
I am open to new opportunities both within and outside of the policy-research space. Please do not hesitate to reach out by email if you would like to connect!
